Ikebana Ceramic Vessel – European Studio Artist, 1970s–1990s

Hand-built ceramic vessel with an elongated horizontal form, rectangular opening and incised zigzag decoration in muted blue-green tones. Its asymmetric construction and emphasis on line and negative space reflect the influence of ikebana and late-modern European studio ceramics.
